We believes that development is incomplete if it does not uplift the families who build it.
That’s why we started Nanihal — a first-of-its-kind initiative focused on educating and nurturing children of labourers working at construction sites.
- This is not charity.
- This is responsibility.
- This is nation-building at its roots.
“Nanihal” is a social initiative of HTPL in alliance with Yogkshem Alliance Foundation (YAF) which aims at
providing basic facilities to the young children of the laborers working at the Construction Sites.

Nanihal answers that question.
By creating safe, structured learning centers directly connected to project locations, HTPL ensures that:
- A child is not deprived of education due to migration.
- A worker can focus peacefully knowing their child is safe.
- Development becomes inclusive.
This is what makes HTPL truly holistic.

Pehle mera beta din bhar site ke aas-paas hi rehta tha. Mujhe kaam karte waqt hamesha tension rehti thi. Ab woh Nanihal me padh raha hai, khana bhi milta hai aur surakshit jagah par rehta hai. Ab main shaanti se kaam kar pata hoon.
